NOZZLES FOR RECIRCULATING SANDBLASTER

Terminal end of the blasting unit (projector) that gets worn due to the passage of abrasive. Nozzles are made of sintered tungsten carbide providing for long-life usage.

MICROBLASTING NOZZLES

Wide assortment of spraying nozzles to be fitted on microblaster handpieces, to dispense the disposable abrasives of different grainsize. Nozzles are made of sintered tungsten carbide providing for considerable longer life than conventional nozzles.
RMN045 Nozzle with Ø0.5mm hole for 50 mµ or finer grainsize
RMN044 Nozzle with Ø0.8mm hole for 75mµ to 100mµ grainsize
RMN044L Longer nozzle with Ø0.8mm hole allowing the air-abrasive flow to penetrate in the deepest cavities (ideal when releasing pressed ceramic models from investments)
RMN043 Nozzle with Ø1.2mm hole for 100mµ to 140mµ grainsize
RMN047 Nozzle with Ø1.5mm hole for 150 mµ or coarser grainsize to accelerate final polishing with micro glassbeads
RMN046 Nozzle with Ø2.0mm hole for 200mµ to 250mµ grainsize
